Our stock of Acrylic and specialist wood panels is specifically selected for laser cutting. Most of the wood we like to laser cut has class 1 glue. The choice of adhesive with which the wood is manufactured is crucial for the laser cutting process. Interior-grade class 1 glue is particularly advantageous as it is low in formaldehyde emissions and other volatile organic compounds. Using this type of glue, the wood remains safe for laser cutting and ensures minimal charring during the laser cutting process, making it the default choice for precise and clean cuts. We always recommend that our clients use wood with the correct glue, as the glue in other panels might not cut well. So, we have sourced the right wood for the job, so you don't have to.
